Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Our menu’s focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our on-site garden. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!

 

  • 5 course Tasting Menu: $60 per person + tax & gratuity

  • 5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $80 person + tax & gratuity

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM

With the arrival of cooler weather, we’re moving indoors for our Fireside Yoga series. Yoga instructors Kathy Kessler, Dede Schreiner and/or Mellisa Scaccia will create a unique themed experience to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual yoga practice. Enjoy a morning of fireside yoga in our pavilion, then cozy up to the fireplace for lunch!

Two exceptional musicians with a lifelong career of performance on the world stage, ROGERS & NIENHAUS are just that.....world-class!!! With pristine harmony and searing instrumentation, they are truly a 'not to be missed' act, whether performing as a duo or with The ROGERS & NIENHAUS Band. Terry Jones Rogers & Scott Nienhaus have been performing together since meeting in Nashville,TN in 1993, when Terry invited Scott to join the newly formed group, The Byrds Celebration, along with Byrds alumni Skip Battin and Gene Parsons.  Both Terry and Scott had storied pasts when they began their long career working together; Terry's Macon,GA roots, recording at famed Capricorn Records Studio with The Pound & Rogers Band and touring the world fronting The Byrds with Michael Clarke; and Scott's St. Louis,MO roots with his band, Blueberry Hill Records recording artists Acousticity, and touring the world with The Nicolette Larson Band. Now based out of the St. Louis Metro area, ROGERS & NIENHAUS have become local favorites with their fiery performances and flawless harmonies, as well as performing national and international engagements.

Brad Cunningham Band

The Brad Cunningham Band is on a mission to share the gospel of Texas Country Music with the Northland.  They may call Missouri home but the sound they make comes from a little further south where storytelling, soul & screaming guitars sit down for a nice steak dinner with an electric fiddle, a bouncing bass line and a steady train beat. 

Front man and songwriter Brad Cunningham was introduced to the music of Pat Green & Robert Earl Keen, Jr. while studying at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. When life brought him back to Missouri he knew he had to share the sound he'd heard so he started a band called Man in the Ring.  That band has been burning up Missouri's highways for going on 7 years now, admittedly sounding a little more like a rock band with attention deficit than a country band.  Say what you will about it, its gotten them opening spots for Jason Boland, Pat Green, Billy Joe Shaver, Stoney LaRue, Wade Bowen, Zane Williams, Mike & the Moonpies, Corey Smith, & Dwight Yoakam just to name a few.

Now’s your chance to immerse yourself in the Defiance Ridge harvest experience! Spend the morning working alongside our vineyard crew as we harvest our Chambourcin grapes, then relax and enjoy an al fresco lunch on the terrace overlooking the vineyard!

Getaway to France Wine Dinner

We're "tipping our hat" (or beret!) to France this evening with a 4 course wine dinner that exquisitely pairs French fare with our wines. You'll also be treated to a special presentation of a trip to France that we're planning for October 2019. This will certainly be a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines delectable cuisine and wine with the splendid sights of Burgundy and Provence as we cruise along the Rhone river.
