Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Our menu’s focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our on-site garden. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!

 

  • 4 course Tasting Menu: $60 per person + tax & gratuity

  • 4 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $80 person + tax & gratuity

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM

  • Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

Second Course      (paired with DRV Riesling, Columbia Valley, WA)

Shittake Ginger Salad

Third Course      (paired with Twig & Twine Pinot Noir, Eola-Amity Hills, OR)

Duck Breast and Confit Legs       

chambourcin chipotle sauce, wild grain mushroom pilaf

Fourth Course      (paired with Meadow Wood Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, CA)

Delmonico Ribeye       

confit duchess potatoes, broccolini

Dessert        (paired with Twany Port, Portugal)

Bananas Foster       

nutella, short bread crumbs
