Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features wines from Sangiacomo Vineyards, located in Sonoma, CA.

The Sangiacomo family has been farming in Sonoma since 1927. Grapegrowers with a passion for sustainability and stewardship, year by year, they have gathered knowledge and continue to pursue perfection in farming with each and every row of their vineyards. Through research, trial and error in the field, and critical evaluation of the resulting wines, they have learned how to select the right varietals, clones, and rootstocks, as well as row spacing and orientation for more than 100 individual sites. This approach, paired with the appropriate pruning, irrigation, canopy management, and nutrients, is what enables them to tease an extraordinary range of flavors out of our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. At every step of the way, they seek to produce the highest quality fruit with the lowest environmental impact possible.

ABOUT THE BAND

Rockin' Chair was formed in 2009 to perform music that originated in the Laurel Canyon Los Angeles area where musicians and songwriters collaborated to create great music in the late 60's and early 70's. Starting with Buffalo Springfield and The Byrds as foundation groups, members formed other partnerships that created great bands like Crosby, Stills Nash & Young, Poco, Loggins & Messina andThe Eagles. Others involved in creating this unique sound were Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, J.D Souther, Mama Cass Elliot and Dan Fogelberg.

Rockin' Chair features 11 musicians and covers all of the instrumentation and vocals to perform this music authentically.

In 2017, Rockin Chair played some of the premier venues in St. Louis including The Pageant, Delmar Hall, The Chesterfield Amphitheater, The Old Rock House and The Playhouse @ Westport Plaza. KSHE Radio selected Rockin' Chair to perform at two of the station's 50th Anniversary events.

Join us at Defiance Ridge Vineyards for an exhilarating BBQ Cook-Off Competition, bringing together BBQ enthusiasts preparing ribs their favorite way. This event promises a sizzling blend of mouth-watering flavors, fierce competition, and family-fun!

• Setup time is 10:00 AM

• Cook time is 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Judging is at 4:00 PM

• Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants, with one person taking home the top prize!

This event is crafted to test the culinary prowess of our participants and for BBQ masters to showcase their skills. And while the competition heats up, visitors can enjoy food, beverage, and live music provided by Defiance Ridge Vineyards. In addition, we will have premium cigars and a cigar raffle “give-a-way” provided by Saginaw Fire Cigars!

Based in St. Louis, MO, The Last Stop is a seven piece Dave Matthews Tribute Band led by front man Josh Santiago (Santi). TLS is a unique and authentic blend of local STL musicians covering the hits, deep tracks, and more from the DMB catalogue.

You've seen Santi perform at Night Zero events since 2019 at Alpine Valley, Deer Creek, the Rock and Roll HOF, and more. All across the US from SPAC to the Gorge. After stepping in as a sub for a few DMB acts around the country, a winery gig in STL would bring together seven incredible local musicians to create The Last Stop.

In September of 2025, Brad Baker of Contemporary Productions brought TLS onto their roster of incredible acts; and a viral TikTok video would begin to kick things off for the band.
