Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Our menu’s focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!

 

  • 5 course Tasting Menu: $72 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • 5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $96 person (includes gratuity, not tax)

Root Vegetable Tower beets, sweet potatoes, eggplant, house quark, micro greens

Second Course

Butternut Squash Ravioli bacon, olive oil, fresh herb blend, prairie breeze cheddar

Third Course

Branzino Sea Bass herbs, lemon, breadcrumbs, miso, wasabi aioli, carrot fries

Fourth Course

Cornish Game Hen pumpernickel sausage stuffing, bacon, mustard, port brandy pan gravy

Fifth Course

Pumpkin Mousse snickerdoodle crumb, bourbon whip
