Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This month, we celebrate Valentine’s Day with decadent cuisine curated by our Executive Chef Kris Maurer

  • 5-course Tasting Menu: $115 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • 5-course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $150 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

MENU

First Course

French Onion Soup

Slow-cooked Vandalia onions, garlic, fresh thyme, sherry wine, and gnocchi, topped with gruyere and provolone cheese

Second Course

Panzanella Salad

Heirloom tomatoes, European cucumbers, red and yellow bell peppers, red onions, fresh basil, and capers with crusty bread. Tossed together with a Dijon and champagne vinaigrette

Third Course

Linguini Shrimp Pasta

House-made pasta, tossed with a fire-roasted red pepper cream sauce and topped with blackened shrimp

Fourth Course

Cajun Flank Steak

Marinated with soy, bourbon, grain mustard, garlic, fresh herbs. Reverse seared to perfection and topped with Cajun steak butter. Served with a twice-baked potato

Fifth Course

Lava cake

Served hot with a whipped cream cheese frosting
